What paperwork do I need to sell gold in New York?
Bring a signed government ID, a driver license or passport. The Town of Oyster Bay Code requires every licensed secondhand dealer to verify your identity, record what you showed, and have you sign in front of them. If you’re selling on behalf of an estate, bring what documentation you have and we’ll help you sort out the rest.
